〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕台積電在法說會中釋出好消息，推升股價近期新一波的漲勢，2日突破110元關卡，收在110.5元，寫下12年5個月來的新高價，市值增達2.86兆元，創下歷史新高；股票上漲，台積電董事長張忠謀的夫人張淑芬卻透露，「他（張忠謀）沒有那麼多喜悅，而是覺得責任很重大」。
