缺錢搶肢障婦 惡男判刑

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北4日電）劉姓男子等人2年前到台北市訪友遊玩，因缺錢花用起歹心，下手搶奪路旁肢障婦人背包。台北地院依搶奪罪判處6月徒刑。

劉姓男子等人在民國100年12月間到台北市拜訪朋友，卻因缺錢花用起了歹心，在台大醫院前下手，搶走路旁肢障婦人的背包，行搶後隨即逃逸無蹤，得手新台幣1萬2000元。

婦人報警後，警方調閱醫院監視器錄影畫面，循線逮捕劉男等人。

法院審理時，劉男認罪，法官審酌劉男年紀輕輕，犯後坦承犯行，表達悔意，且和被害人達成和解，依搶奪罪判處6月徒刑，可易科罰金，全案可上訴。1020504
