砸窗只偷到尿布　賊「不缺錢」掏5千賠修車

男子陳英仕（54歲，貨車司機）昨凌晨酒後在高市新光碼頭砸破1輛汽車車窗，欲行竊車內背包，當場被車主及友人撞見追捕，男子嚇得跳入水道躲藏，最後獲救被警方活逮，上岸跪地向車主道歉，願掏出5000元賠償車子維修費。訊後被依竊盜未遂罪嫌送辦。

警方指出，陳男供稱，自己不缺錢，酒後突然一股衝動，才破窗行竊。車內背包沒有一毛錢，僅裝尿布；車主見陳男下跪悔過，接受和解，決定不提毀損告訴。
