法院女工友上班踩縫紉　遭記過處分

5月3日基隆地方法院1名50多歲女職員，竟帶整台縫紉機到法院，利用上班時間在辦公室做女紅，引發公僕上班摸魚爭議。基隆地方法院今天回應，廖女為工友，利用午休時間做女紅，並非媒體批露藉上班時間做家政。法院蔡姓院長認為，廖女行為嚴重影響同仁午休及工作，苛責「相關主管應連帶處分！」

蔡院長表示，事發當天因法院知情時已逾下班時間，假日來不及召開內部會議懲處，由書記官長以電話先予口頭告誡，並於今天上午立即召開考績委員會及主管會議，檢討疏失責任，並對廖女予以記過1次處分，總務科長請辭主管職獲准，書記官長並自請處分。法院表示，此事件損及機關形象，造成社會觀感不佳，會檢討改進。
