〔記者陳榮昌／台中報導〕外埔區鐵山里上鐵山地段129地號土地，祗距離民宅約20公尺處，違章興建通訊基地台，居民恐影響身心健康，市議員楊永昌、鐵山里長劉圳等接到民眾反應後，邀請國家通訊傳播委員會、都市發展局、農業局等單位於6日上午赴現場會勘後認定為違建後，楊議員要求主管單位迅以報拆除。
