（軍聞社記者陳建興花蓮六日電）東部地區全民防衛動員萬安卅六號演習全民防空演練，今天下午一時卅分至二時舉行，過程中，地方民眾配合憲、警的指揮，進行交通管制與防空疏散避難，有效提昇民眾防空警覺意識。
