〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕經濟部智慧財產局公布今年第1季智慧財產權統計資料指出，首季專利申請2萬97件，成長3.61%，本國法人部分，由鴻海穩坐冠軍；其中，外國人設計有1,205件，創下1999年、近15年以來的單季新高，其中又以蘋果的126件申請最多。
