〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕我漁民遭菲律賓公務船掃射致死而引發國內激憤，在正式談判未有結果前，台菲網路戰爭儼然已經開打。我國總統府等政府單位網站稍早陸續傳出當機消息，總統府也確認遭受菲律賓的IP攻擊，同樣遭受攻擊的經濟部也透露，這次當機事件是受到國外駭客針對公家機關網頁攻擊，且疑似以跳板繞道從美國位址進攻。
