〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕菲律賓駐台代表白熙禮（Antonio I. Basilio），14日晚間7點55分抵達外交部，準備將菲國的最新答覆，告知外長林永樂。外交部也預定在8點30分左右舉行記者會，公布白熙禮帶回的聲明及我方的回應。
