〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕繼部分黑輪、粉圓等食物驗出毒澱粉後，《今周刊》調查發現，在台北士林、台中逢甲等重點夜市攤商以及自助餐店、甚至餐廳都在使用的廉價化學醬油中，檢驗出甲基咪唑及單氯丙二醇兩種化學物質，有毒物專家之稱的師大化學系教授吳家誠說，「這是很強的致癌物質，在夜市裡用來醃漬或製作滷汁，會使得致癌物質存在於食物中。」
