（軍聞社記者劉育然臺北十八日電）為凝聚士官與眷屬向心，並肯定士官幹部在基層部隊的辛勤付出，陸軍司令部首度舉辦「士官家庭日」活動，邀請全軍士官長及眷屬，並特別安排營區參訪、慶生會，也為陸軍「士官歷史資料陳展室」揭牌，希望將官兵家庭成員融入部隊大家庭，擴展團結與向心。
