〔政治中心／連線報導〕赴菲律賓調查「廣大興28號」案的台灣調查團18日下午返台，並召開記者會表示，這次向菲方提出的司法互助請求程序確定是完備的，但菲方態度反覆，回覆速度不符要求，對我方所提各點也沒充份說明，目前仍與菲國有密切接洽及溝通，在司法互助推展上仍有一些進展，也帶來一些訊息，將與各單位進行研究後，做為進一步作為的參考。
