馬總統PO氣象文　提醒網友「大雨比風可怕」

針對中央氣象局發布的大豪雨特報，總統馬英九今天在臉書也PO文提醒，「網友們：請永遠記住，臺灣的雨比風可怕，千萬不要低估了大雨可能造成的災害。」
 
馬總統今天PO「氣象」文，標題為「大雨來了，小心防範」，內容提到今天到周四前，全台灣都會出現不穩定的天氣，尤其西半部地區很可能出現局部性大豪雨，山區民眾要慎防坍方、落石及土石流，低窪地區民眾要慎防淹水。
