各說各話「難查真相」　法務部：未侵犯菲主權

法務部次長陳明堂今天下午在國際記者會強調，台菲雙方所謂的合作調查，是讓彼此能相互交叉做比對，並非要求我方人員對菲方相關人員直接偵訊，所以，並無侵犯菲國司法主權的疑慮。他強調，若是各說各話，沒有一方能獨力找出真相。
 
 陳明堂說，當初外交部與法務部等單位組成的調查小組，是經過菲國同意後才前往，並依照司法互助程序進行調查工作。他說，雙方應建立在互信基礎，以事實取證，查明真相。
 
陳明堂表示，未來該如何進行雙方合作調查工作，將交由外交部進一步與菲方聯繫進行。
