明天520是總統馬英九就職5周年，台聯今天上午，號召群眾在立院外集會，並舉行記者會，說明罷免馬英九理由。

台聯黨團3名立委，領銜提出的罷免案，明列罷馬「10大罪狀」，包括政見跳票、傾中媚共、外交休克、用人不當等。

由於《憲法》增修條文規定，罷免總統須由立院1/4以上席次，也就是29位以上立委提案，台聯黨團總召林世嘉說，已獲得超過30位民進黨立委連署，跨越提案門檻，將於本月21日院會中正式提案。

台聯秘書長林志嘉說，明將在記者會中，公布民間連署罷馬成果。
