〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕美股周三收黑，終場道瓊工業指數收跌80.41點，台股在8400點上下整理，遲遲無法站穩，加上市場傳出在野黨準備聯手拖延證所稅，阻止在本會期過關，台股23日開低，盤中電子、金融股齊挫，傳產股也下跌，指數開低走低大跌逾百點，一度下探至8235.5點，終場則收在8237.83點，重挫161.01點，成交1045.74億元。
