〔記者吳素珍／南投報導〕集集鎮兵整中心為防範豪雨引發災情，廿三日上午特地召開全縣十三鄉鎮市民事會報，各單位均派代表出席與會，中心主任陳生在少將表達軍民一家、軍警結合地方民力共同做好防災工作的重要性；集集鎮長嚴鴻邦也感謝兵整中心對地方救災的投入與協助。
