中橫天降5百噸巨石 鑽孔搶通

前陣子的大雨，讓山區土石含水量增加，中橫公路又有巨石崩落，重達五百公噸的大石頭，從600公尺高的峭壁突然崩落，佔據了雙向車道，當時經過的駕駛，死裡逃生，紛紛下車查看，目前公路局緊急搶通，維持單向通行，預計最慢27號就能將大石塊，清除完畢。

500噸重的大石頭就擋在路中央，小轎車經過都得放慢速度，戰戰兢兢，車子和石頭相比顯得渺小，可見這塊巨石體積有多大，中橫公路23.5公里處，24號晚間十點多，突然一聲巨響，這一塊重達500噸的大石塊從六百公尺高的峭壁突然崩落，佔據了雙向車道，當時經過的駕駛紛紛下車查看，不敢相信自己和死神擦身而過，假使被砸中後果難以想像。

前陣子的大雨，讓邊坡土石大量吸水，導致巨石鬆軟崩落，該怎麼清除也成了大問題，讓中橫交通一度受阻，公路總局預計，最慢27號就能恢復雙向通車。
