〔記者游本謀／宜蘭報導〕甫獲全國資源回績效考核第一名的羅東鎮，6月1日起全鎮設置東、南、西、北4區資源回收場，每週三、六出動資源回收車於8時至19時巡迴大街小巷收取資源回收物，變賣回收物品所得，將成立基金，作為社區營造、協助弱勢家庭與清寒學子之用，除可提昇環境品質外，更可行善作公益，真是一舉數得。
