【鉅亨網記者陳慧琳 台北】瑞士洛桑國際管理學院2013年全球競爭力評比，台灣從去年第7名跌至第11名，財政部長張盛和今(30)日於立法院財委會表示，財政政策的評比排名還在第4名，表現相對不錯。不過張盛和坦言，每個小孩一出生就負債6.9萬美元(折合約新台幣21萬元)。
