〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕瑞士洛桑管理學院(IMD)公布2013年全球競爭力評比，台灣從去年的第7名退步至第11名，財政部長張盛和今(30)日認為，財政部分仍有進步，引來藍綠立委批評自我感覺良好，如果做不好就要檢討，要知恥近乎勇，立委更質疑我國舉債上限36%這樣叫好嗎?張盛和也坦言，這代表每個小孩一出生就負債6.9萬美元(折合約新台幣21萬元)。
