三讀通過：疫報不實影響防疫 傳媒要更正

立院今天晚上三讀通過《傳染病防治法》部分條文修正案，第9條增訂，利用傳播媒體發表傳染病流行疫情，或中央主管機關防治作為不實，致嚴重影響防疫利益或有影響之虞，經主管機關通知應立即更正。
另外，為做好防疫工作，第50條也修正，因預防接種致死之屍體，主管機關認為有必要時，得施行病理解剖。
