〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕立法院31日三讀修正通過食品衛生管理法部分條文，未來若在食品中添加未經許可添加物並致人於死者，最高可處無期徒刑，併科2000萬元以下罰金；危害人體健康則可處7年以下有期徒刑、拘役、1000萬元以下罰金。
