〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕立法院31日深夜在休會最後一刻，《會計法第99條之1修正草案》完成三讀修法，民意機關、學術界報帳核銷，相關人員的財務責任均視為解除，不追究民事與行政責任，涉及刑法也不罰。
