　發行量居菲國前3名的英文報紙「菲律賓每日詢問者報」，今天在頭版頭條新聞中報導，菲律賓海岸防衛隊追捕台灣漁船「廣大興28號」時，竟然一邊笑一邊開槍，讓菲律賓蒙羞。
