〔地方中心／台北報導〕立法院財委會近日針對證所稅修法進行朝野協商，在野立委輪番上台痛批證所稅修法，並且個個皆要求財政部長張盛和為證所稅缺失道歉，張盛和堅不道歉，甚至表示「無歉可道」！
