〔記者莊雨琳／台北報導〕中央氣象局今(4)晨發布大雨特報，受到鋒面影響，包括南投、宜蘭地區、新北市山區、臺中市山區及花蓮山區，將有局部大雨發生機率，氣象局提醒，今日應避免前往山區活動。
