【鉅亨網記者陳慧琳 台北】國內上市櫃公司若因為收購、併構國外企業，以換股方式併購，外國企業有大陸籍股東的話，大陸股東就會持有國內企業的股票，但過去因為法規因素，使得國內企業對外併購受到限制；如今金管會宣布放寬，若因併購的原因，大陸籍的股東可以持有台灣企業的股票。
