〔記者范文濱╱桃園報導〕升格直轄市在即，如何降低竊案提高破案率？縣議員劉邦鉉縣政總質詢質詢指出，應比照台北市規劃天羅地網，普設可進行車號辨識的新型監視器，讓破案率幾近百分之百。針對縣內營建廢棄物的管理不嚴謹，興建工程面積達500平方公尺以上才列管，使得營建廢棄物到處流竄，造成環保二次傷害，建議比照台北市全數納管。
