〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕據英國媒體報導，西班牙一小鎮近日決定用「郵寄寵物糞便」來懲治沒有素質的主人：志願者先與主人套近乎打聽寵物情況，然後透過市政廳註冊的寵物資料來識別主人資訊，將糞便放在一個有市政廳徽章並標有「失物招領」的盒子裡快遞到主人家。
