〔國際中心／綜合報導〕菲律賓公務船射殺我國漁船「廣大興28號」，導至屏東籍漁民洪石成不幸身亡。日前雙方各派調查團前往對方國家調查，案情似乎已經逐漸明朗。死者家屬先前受訪時表示，一再強調要求菲國得「還洪家一個公道」。7日菲國調查局表示，洪家家屬需要來菲律賓提告才能成案，洪家大姐洪慈綪表示，「調查結果若是滿意，我會過去。」
