〔政治中心／台中報導〕目前台灣民眾藥物濫用的情形相當嚴重，為了讓在地的台中市民能夠做好健康管理，避免錯誤用藥，台中市立委蔡錦隆最近特別推出20場健康台中、全民照護的義診活動，9日在北區中正公園的用藥講座，就吸引上千名民眾參加。民眾也很關切蔡錦隆會否參選台中市長的議題，蔡錦隆的回答則非常耐人尋味，他說，機會是給準備好的人。
