〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕立法院本周即將召開臨時會，不少投資人都關心證所稅的修法作業能不能在此次臨時會完成，財政部長張盛和10日表示，由於朝野協商1個月的冷凍期要到22日解凍，從日期來看，應該來得及在臨時會結束前完成修法，此次臨時會通過的可能性非常大，加上快速通過幾乎是各界的共識，因此他樂觀的期待應該不會拖到二次臨時會。
