〔國際中心／綜合報導〕就在菲律賓與大陸、台灣等周邊國家陷入新一波南海主權爭議之際，菲律賓外交部宣布，購自美國的「二手」新軍艦，已從美國啟程，預料可於8月第1週抵達菲律賓服役。由於這艘軍艦能夠發射反艦飛彈，將大幅提升菲國海軍戰力。
