【鉅亨網記者蔡宗憲 台北】根據媒體報導指出，市場傳聯發科(2454-TW)與晨星(3697-TW)合併案再有新的變數產生，雙方合併計畫恐再延後 3 年，聯發科今(11)日表示，雙方合併案仍以 8 月為目標，媒體報導純屬臆測。
