〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕民進黨立法院黨團「12年國教專案小組」13日召開會議，達成共識。召集人鄭麗君表示，民進黨不會要求暫緩12年國教，但要求行政院另編預算，由中央百分之百專案補助，不得增加地方政府財政負擔，而且免學費財源不能排擠教育品質的相關計畫。
