〔財經中心／綜合報導〕台塑公司14日舉行102年度股東會，受歐美景氣不佳影響，配發股利僅有1.6元，不但比2008年金融海嘯的2.5元還低，也是2002年以來最差的表現。面對這樣的成績，董事長李志村難辭其咎，坦言確實很難向股東交代。
