〔政治中心／綜合報導〕酒駕新法上路，傳出有民眾拒絕酒測，以接受罰鍰方式規避刑責。不過，駕駛人若拒絕酒測，除可能被依「道路交通管理處罰條例」規定，處罰鍰9萬元並吊照3年外，也會被依「刑事訴訟法」規定，以現行犯逮捕，若情節嚴重還可能被上手銬。
