〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕國巨(2327)18日召開股東會，通過現金減資案，每股將退還股東現金3元，減資幅度30%，減資66.1億元；雖然去年小有盈餘，但股東會決議通過不配股，至於私募現增案經投票決議並未通過。
