〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕在美國聯準會(Fed)利率決策出爐前，市場趨於觀望，不過，由於韓元等亞幣稍有反彈，加上中央銀行也未再堅守3字頭，新台幣兌美元匯價19日終場以29.96元作收、升值4.2分，台北外匯經紀公司成交量7.43億美元。
