伊斯特本網賽　謝淑薇單雙打相繼出局

【王毓健／綜合報導】繼單打止步16強後，臺灣網球一姊謝淑薇在總獎金69萬美元(約2058.6萬台幣)伊斯特本女網賽雙打8強，與克羅埃西亞搭檔盧琪琪(Mirjana Lucic-Baroni)以2比6、5比7，不敵大會頭號種子、俄羅斯組合佩卓娃／絲蕾柏妮珂(Nadia Petrova／Katarina Srebotnik)，無緣4強。
 
謝淑薇／盧琪琪全場發出2記愛司，但也有4次雙發失誤，1、2發得分率均不如對手。此外，關鍵時刻化解危機能力不如對手也是落敗主因，拿到對方給的7個破發點只成功兌現1次破發球局，全場己方發球局出現5個破發點，就被破發4次。
