【鉅亨網記者尹慧中 台北】兩岸明(21)日簽署服務貿易協議前，政院已核定「兩岸金融業務往來及投資許可管理辦法」。陸銀來台參股金控子銀行上限鬆綁提高到20%等有望落實，屆時已申請中國工商銀行參股永豐金控(2890-TW)的首個案例可望實現核准。
