美股跳水 台股下跌108.48點

美國聯邦準備理事會(Fed)主席柏南奇指出，聯準會今年將啟動縮減QE，造成美股周三重挫，台股20日也受拖累，指數開低走低，失守半年線及8000點及7900點，盤中最低下探至7890.93點，各類股下跌居多，做紡織股抗跌，以小紅作收，大盤指數低盪，終場收7898.91點，下跌108.48點，成交795.09億元。

美國QE可能在年底前縮減，美股周三大跌，道瓊工業指數大跌206.04點，亞股部分，日本、韓國股市也是開低，台股早盤以7952.36點開出，下跌55.03點，各類股多數下挫，指數開低走低，失守半年線及8000點關卡，尾盤連7900點也守不住。

台股開盤下跌，電子股、金融股出現急殺，拖累大盤指數再向下探，電子權值股台積電、鴻海、高價股大立光、宏達電、聯發科等股都是下跌，友達也是重挫，電子股收跌1.49%。

金融股收跌0.66%，油電燃氣跌勢最重，收跌3%，水泥股、塑化股、電機、化學、玻陶、橡膠、汽車等股跌幅逾1%，其他類股收跌2.29%。
