〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕在市場擔憂美國量化寬鬆(QE)可能退場，台股重挫逾百點，韓元等亞洲貨幣兌美元走貶，中央銀行尾盤再度出手干預，新台幣兌美元匯價21日收盤再度變盤，以30.28元作收、貶值1.2角，台北外匯經紀公司成交量有15.8億美元。
