〔記者黃村杉／新北報導〕新北市政府勞工局21日公布醫療機構專案檢查結果，抽檢10家轄內醫療院所，發現在醫院加班而未依規定給予勞工加班費的三峽區恩主公醫院、新店區耕莘醫院及樹林區仁愛醫院，確有違反勞動基準法情事，已各依法裁罰2萬元。勞工局提醒各醫療機構應重新檢視管理制度是否合於法令規定，未來將不定期派員實施複查，若查有相同違法情事將加重處罰。
