記者葉立斌／台北報導 輕度颱風貝碧佳在23日下午2時的中心位置在鵝鑾鼻西南方1380公里之海面上，以時速9公里向西北進行。預測在24日凌晨2時，中心位置會在鵝鑾鼻西方1500公里處。
