〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕立法院長王金平今（24）日表示，因為立法院召開臨時會的時間無法掌握，因此他已經告知邀請單位無法與大陸維權律師陳光誠會面，他強調，台灣民主基金會已經邀請陳光誠7月10日前往參訪，屆時由民主基金會執行長黃德福接待。
