〔記者莊雨琳／台北報導〕受到西南風影響，中央氣象局今(25)晨針對台南市、高雄市和屏東縣等地區，發布豪雨特報，提醒注意恐有局部大雨或豪雨發生機率。此外，氣象局也同時發布即時天氣訊息指出，由於對流發展旺盛，彰化以南和金門地區，提防瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風。
