〔國際中心／綜合報導〕爆料美國政府網路監控民眾與其他國家的美國國家安全局（NSA）前雇員史諾登（Edward Snowden），並未離開俄羅斯，白宮已要求俄國將他遣返接受審判。維基解密（WikiLeaks）則表示，史諾登可能向厄瓜多、冰島等多個國家尋求政治庇護。
