〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕元大金控25日召開董事會，決議通過以新台幣1億元取得美商紐約人壽在台子公司國際紐約人壽100%股權，並完成簽署股權買賣合約，正式跨足人身保險事業領域，不過，此交易仍待報請主管機關核准後始生效。
